Super Vitamin B Complex is an advanced and complete B-vitamin supplement. 	Capsules Contain: Each capsule contains Thiamin (as Thiamin Hydrochloride) - 25 mg, Riboflavin (as Riboflavin-5-Phosphate) - 25 mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide) - 75 mg, Vitamin B6 (91% as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and 9% as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) - 51.5 mg, Folic Acid - 200 mcg, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) - 100 mcg, Biotin - 100 mcg, Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) - 125 mg, Choline Bitartrate - 125 mg, Inositol - 50 mg, and PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) - 50 mg.

B Vitamins are water-soluble and not stored in the body very effectively, therefore they need to be replenished daily. Insufficiencies may occur easily during times of dieting for weight loss, fasting or consuming the Standard American Diet (SAD), which usually includes too many processed/refined foods and excess sugar. The B Vitamins function as co-enzymes: they assist the enzymes, our biological catalysts, in implementing the tens of thousands of biochemical reactions and metabolic pathways that make life possible. Enzymes assist energy production, conversion of carbohydrates to glucose, and the metabolism of fat and protein. B Vitamins are also essential to optimal functioning of the central nervous system, and are used during physiological responses to stress and fatigue. Adequate levels of B Vitamins are especially important for the formation of healthy hair and skin, and optimal functioning of the eyes and liver. The B Vitamin group includes the following: B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin, folic acid, choline, inositol and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid). Orotic acid, pangamic acid, and B17 (laetrile) are intimately involved in many of the same pathways, and are commonly regarded as quasi-B vitamins.*

*Hypoallergenic Defined: According to Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary "hypoallergenic" is defined as: "Diminished potential for causing an allergic reaction." Allergy Research Group® defines hypoallergenic as "Free of all common allergens", specifically, wheat, corn, soy, gluten, yeast, dairy, and eggs. Many very sensitive individuals who reach to supplements in general, are able to tolerate Allergy Research Group® product. And while many of the nutrients in our formulas are synthesized from natural substances (plant sources), which as a whole may contain antigens, the synthesizing process removes the molecules of the desired nutrient from the original substance, and in the processing a great percentage of the antigens and allergens are left behind.
